We’re kicking off our poll section with the classic New Mexico question – Red or Green?  And, of course, we mean chile.  Not the kind that comes with kidney beans and tomatoes; that’s the Cincinnati version.  For those of us living in the High Desert, we mean the kind that grows in Hatch, NM (not to mention our back yards) and fills the air with the most wonderful of aromas every fall when it’s roasted in grocery story parking lots across the state.
